Great scanner for old negatives and slides
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to scan some old negatives (1944) and 1960s slides. This Epson was perfect and corrected the color on the ones that had hot faded too much. The next level epson was 4 times the price and I could not justify that. Perfectly happy with this V600.

High Resolution - Quality Product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.High Resolution scanner. I was hoping for better results while scanning negatives. I'm sure this scanner will do fantastic scanning prints. A little glitch working with Windows 11, but the tech showed me a workaround.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a project to take all of my old family photos, prints and slides, and archive them digitally. Excellent 'entry level' flatbed scanner.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent flatbed scanner for scanning photos, slides, and color/B&W negatives. I have used it for dozens of items and not had any quality control issues. However, the Epson software is not very user-friendly or intuitive; this complaint is echoed in other reviews of this product.

This is the best for media conversion scanning
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best flatbed scanner for the money for photo scanning and has many extras to boot. I like it because it is not a combo device. It also allows negatives, slides and film scanning, an excellent extra for really old media conversions. Just what I needed to get my job done. Also got it for someone else that had the same needs in a scanner.

Epson-Perfection!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent purchase! This is what I was looking for to help me with my photography class. This product does the job right. It scans my 35mm film and uploads the pictures no problem! Excellent for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this scanner primarily to scan camera film and it’s pretty sufficient. My only problem is that it randomly has connection issues with my Mac. A simple restart usually fixes it but it’s a little inconvenient. Otherwise it’s good. Usual dust issues but it’s good.

Great hardware. Weak software.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the 2nd V600 scanner I have purchased. The software that came with the new scanner is much less capable than the old software. A link to a free software package from another vender is also supplied, but will not scan color 35mm slides without the purchase of an upgrade. Since I bought the scanner specifically to capture my slide library, I am stuck using an older computer with the older software (I scratched the glass on the older scanner capturing some time old flat art).
