Very nice and well made piece. Pictures look amazing.

Highly Recommend for those getting into Film Photography.

The auto correct feature is amazing - works very well. The scanner worked well scanning slides - it separates each of the four slides it scans at once into individual images. Same with film. New and 100-year old photos scanned equally well. Old photo color correction created image better than original.

Easy to setup and operate. The software gives you tons of options (if you want to go full manual mode) or just keep it simple.

I have been using Epson scanners for about 20 years and I am pleased with the functionality of the unit and the quality of the scan. Unfortunately this time around I got a dud! The unit I received from Best Buy in an unopened box was DOA. The moment I turn it on I get the flashing orange light. I couldn’t do any scan. After several contacts with Epson they reached the conclusion that the unit should be returned for hardware maintenance and the unit is a DOA. Epson response to my problem is that they will exchange with a refurbished unit or possibly a new one since my unit was never used? This issue needs to be sorted out with Epson and Best Buy

high quality and large scans made possible at home. multiple attachments that make it eat to scan multiple film types. love epson scanners. older models work just fine just check dpi for what you need

Easy to use, easy set up and great clarity. Many features.

I chose this scanner because of the high quality output. It is not worth saving a few bucks when it comes to preserving old photos. This is the perfect balance of quality and price for a scanner for most people. A good buy!

Learning how to use this. It's a bit slow but the tech isn't exactly brand new. Scanning pictures, slides and negatives on to a drive with it.

I used a higher model of this scanner when I worked with the city's archives. This less expensive model works just as well and is perfect for personal digitization projects.

Works well with a Mac for scanning old pictures, slides and documents. Epson has its software that works pretty well with Mac OS. Will see how it does with Catlina.

I have a Mac laptop I was using, so had to go online to download the app, then had to go online to download the manual. It’s working out OK, I am just transferring slides, it definitely takes longer than I expected. I have a lot to go through So will take a long time.

Very well made and works great. Was easy to learn how to use and my prints came out great!

This thing is great for capturing details of old photos that are not digital. Pretty user friendly for basic operation and is a workhorse. Been scanning a LOT of old photos for hours and still running smooth.

Very good buy for the money, performed better than expected.

Started sorting through a box of childhood pictures and decided it would be wise to try to save as many as I could, and also share with family, happy with scanner so far the project is moving along.

scanner works great, it does take a while to scan the photos, though it also depends on what settings you use, there is a dirty spot on teh inside of the glass so i took it back to the store and geek squad is sending a new one, (i did puchese the Geek squad protection)

The scanner arruved in a day in a pristine box, and it was literally plug and play. Very easy to setup.

So far , so good. I bought this for scanning old taxes so I can get rid of the old hard copies and the nasty old filing cabinet. Works like a champ so far.
