OMG this software...

I'd love to write a positive review of the scanner... or this software... people say it's good once it's up and running, but I'm on day two just trying to get it going. It's not intuitive, visually cringy, looks like its from the 1990s, makes you go through SO MANY steps back and forth I wondered if I accidentally download something nefarious. Bottom line: family members have older versions of this product and like both the scanner and software, so I'll stick with it. But the software is incredibly clunky and really should be updated. (I use a Macbook Pro)

Really like the Digital ICE picture correction performance. Couldn’t find anything comparable so taking a chance on another one.
