Not designed for Mac

I have to constantly move my mouse while scanning or it pauses. Also there are other bugs. There is also dust UNDER the glass that I can’t access/clean. Which is problematic. Returning it.

Called Epson support and spent over two hours with the tech when he determined the scanner was defective. He wanted to replace the scanner with a refurbished one. I strongly objected considering it was never used and right out of the box. Getting a new one.

The flatbed function is excellent. The transparency function is less impressive, but still very good for everyday print and web purposes.
