Disappointed and misled

We’ve had nothing but trouble and we have done every diagnostic everything it will not work correctly. I called Best Buy only to be told it’s not covered under my total Best Buy plan and that I only have a few more weeks to return it. Disappointed that I feel like I’ve been misled. What’s the point in having the total if it doesn’t cover a purchase is expensive.

Best buy does not repair or replace third party items. Was advised Geek Squad protection does not apply. First time using it . Didn't work. Leaking ink and peeling material off when printing

The print quality is sharp, colors are vibrant, and it works great for sublimation projects like mugs and shirts. Easy to set up and reliable for daily use

This is the second one I’ve owned, and I find it incredibly easy to use.Using the original ink, the prints turn out great, and the garment or mug I'm sublimating comes out perfectly.
