The colored ink is expensive with the photo (grey) being used during normal printing. No idea why, so I end up buying $50 in ink for one cartridge because the printer will not print without iT!!

They're ink cartridges so not much to say other than they just don't contain enough ink. I do very little printing and it seems I replace the cartridges far too frequently.

The ink makes for a nice print but the cartridge emptied out after only a few jobs

No problems with the results from printing with this ink. Ink does not last long enough for the amount paid. Have since changed to Epson Ecotank printer. Much more economical.

I have to use these cartridges for the Epson printer I purchased but they seem pricey compared to the cartridges I previously used for my hp printer. The hp printer was much better

Not Best Buy’s fault but Epson ink always high priced. I bought the printer with the tanks. Save a lot is money that way.

The printer functionality on the touch screen can be a little confusing to navigate. Refills are expensive. Paper capacity is low. But all and good multi functional.

I will never purchase another epson printer, the cost of the ink is just to high and frequent, I think that by now I have purchased 3 printers just on the cost of the ink.

Cartridge refills are not yet available, so you always need to buy new and toss the empty cartridge: not eco-friendly or economical as you go through the color cartridges FAST!

Good basic printer, easy to set up and configure. Seems to work well, have only had it for one month.

Wish it had the BK cartridge....had to go back and get the single cartridge.

The ink is great. Clean, clear colors. I wish my store carried XL size. That would make it 5 stars.

It's nice to have these all together, but they don't last as long as advertised. I think Epson can do better.

Bought this to replace the ink in our printer. Printer is wonderful but the ink is on the pricey end of things.

Epson ink does not last very long. As a home user, I should not need new ink every few months. It was not that way with my HP printer.

Epson makes a good product for my Epson All in One Printer. And very good price.

I am disappointed that you can not get the XL cartridges for this model printer and that you can only mainly get this product at Best Buy.

Good ink; however, I had to manually charge the ink to get it working. Working fine now.

I was disappointed to learn that this didn't include the second black. (Regular black) I had to buy it separately.
