Ink cartridge

Sometimes it will not have wet ink spots on the printed paper but when you make copies, the ink is always too wet. The ink is too expensive to mess up copies so badly. Hopefully, this was just a bad pack of ink cartridges.

Epson XP-640

I removed them and reinserted them but to no avail --- still empty!!
