Don't buy an EPSON printer

Simple enough right? NO I keep getting messages that the printer doesn't recognize the cartridges. I contacted EPSON, they were of no help. I contacted Best Buy and was told because printers are so cheap to replace they don't deal with printer issues. Will never buy an Epson again.

The black runs out way before the other colors. You cannot buy the skinny black cartridge by itself, you have to buy the set. I will be getting another printer and it will not be an Epson.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after replacing the cartridges with all new ones, the epsom printer could not recognize the magenta. i did everything. shake it, take it in and out repeatedly and turning it off and on again. printer is only 1 year old and 4 days. no warranty after 1 year. epsom XP 830. will not print until all are recognized by the printer.
