Epson printer was a poor choice. The only ink you can use with it is their brand, as it has a chip, and generic brand states it isn't recognized by the printer. When one ink goes dry, you must replace all 5 colors for printer to work. You can't use it without all being new, and it is quite expensive. Never again will I buy anything Epson! I needed tech help since even installing the new Epson ink did not work, and it took 45 minutes with them to get it working right.

I but this printer n this replace cartridge not so good, i not use to much my printer at home n i feel this is a repo, to soon to replace always needs ink gush

Don't bother if you are trying to get this ink to help you Epson printer with printing. Pictures come out terrible, then printer breaks to where it cannot figure out the pictures to print.

I'm not sure if it's the printer or this ink. But I have problems a lot with clumps of ink on my printed pages. Frustrating! Guess I should call Epson & get some help...

This cartridge only shows up as half full right out of the package. Further investigation shows this is a common problem. For such an expensive item it's not acceptable.

I can't believe how fast this printer uses ink. You can't use the printer until you replace both the XL and the 410 regular. This printer uses ink like there's no tomorrow!

I was stunned! I replaced the ink cartridge, printed 5 pages (exactly 5 pages), cleaned the print head and had to replace the cartridge again! Really? After 5 measly pages? I could see if they were all pages of black and white photos or large amounts of fine text but one page was a sales receipt for a small online order and the others were not a lot more for printing. If I need to replace the black ink cartridge that often, I'll just have to a more efficient printer.

The color last a good amount of printing but the black runs out in a short time. I have been thought 2 to a half usage of the color cartridges.

I setup automatic Epson Ink. A fictitious charge showed up on the same credit card I used. I canceled by the card and got a new one which came.You sent one ink and canceled the rest apparently at the same time I was putting the new card into my account. I waited until I absolutely needed the ink and had to buy some at Office Depot. I went on line and canceled my deal with you. Your service is terrible.

I have always owned Epson printers but sometimes the ink has issues and can be faulty. Printers are great though.

Ink busted when was placed in my printer. First time it’s ever done this. Ruined my printer and had to buy a whole new one.

This ink does not provide very many prints. I'm only using to print regular docs and seems I have to change it super often.

You will need to purchase this with your new printer if you plan to print more than 20 pages.

Seems like this product held very little ink. I printed about 20-30 pages and it’s empty. Not pictures just documents.

Asked a sales floor associate which ink would fit my Epson printer. He directed me to 410. Well it’s incorrect! I didn’t have time to hurry and get back to exchange it, because my sister passed. So now I have ink, that fits nothing, because mine is 410-; and your return policy is 15 days

Ink runs out very quickly. I printed 2 one-sided 64 page documents and was notified my ink level was low. Hmmm.

If I had it to do over I would not buy the printer. The ink cartridge do not last long.
