I ordered ink online, shipping arrived on time but the packing wasn't good. It felt old boxes. Tried to replace it at the store but I went after 15 days so they refused. I haven't used the ink as I ordered something for backup so am hoping that ink is fine at least.

For some reason, HP ink is pushed all of the time and never Epson. However, I find the Epson ink too expensive. There needs to be coupons for this brand of ink or Epson should just lower the prices on their inks.

The printer is in the landfill. Worst printer ever. After only a year of minimal use, Black ink streaks on everything I printed. Tolerated for another year but last week bid good riddance to the Epson printer. My new HP is great!

Spent along time with the Geek squad trying to get this to function after putting new black ink in kept telling me to. Place paper in cassette 2 it was full tried taking some out still would not work

I need to return this cartridge as my printer is not recognizing it. When I brought it home and took it out of the bag it was already opened and I do not know why. Possibly someone returned it?

The capacity of the ink cartridges is so low, it feels like I’m always making a run to Best Buy to get replacements. I’ll be replacing the printer soon with an HP.

My printer Iwill not recognize the ink as being Epsom. I get a error message telling me to replace the ink because it's off brand but it not

Does not last long. Expensive to replace. Tried generic ink cartridges. These mucked up the printer. Will be getting another printer and it will not be an Epson!

The ink is ... whatever. The problem with the printer that takes this ink.... it REQUIRES and USES photo black every print, even when printing documents in grayscale or B&W only.

Ink doesn't last long at all, and it always feels like there is more available in the cartridge for use!

No longer use this type of printer. I now have a Eco-tank printer by Epson which is much more efficient than the Epson I traded in.

The ink runs out to fast !!! I bought my daughter a new cartridge at the of March and by the 1st of May it was out of in already !!!

Epson should be ashamed fir selling less and Jess ink and price thus is higher

I had to replace this ink after printing less than two dozen pages of just normal text- no pictures images etc

Printer worked well for a time but now hard to keep from smudging

Bought brand new cartridge and it went from full to empty in 20 text pages.

This ink cartridge didn't work . I had to have Epson send a new one and it works .

The printer 6300 and cartridges are to expensive and the ink finishes to quickly.
