If you have ever tried generic ink cartridges in an Epson printer, you probably already know that, right or wrong, using Epson branded cartridges is so much a smoother process. These cartridges print well and last for a pretty long time.

I've tried generic replacement printer cartridges to varying degrees of success, but genuine parts just work better. These Epson cartridges deliver. Don't skimp, get the real part.

What I like most about this ink is that it doesn't smear when I use my alcohol based markers. I use ink jet printer paper most of the time and I'm happy with the results.

It's ink. It does what it's supposed to do. The only negative is I feel ink costs too much and with a printer that uses multiple ink cartridges it can be quite expensive. As far as quality, Epson produces very good quality ink.

Really, you are reading reviews on black ink cartridges? I'm getting reward points for submitting this so that's my reason. If you have this printer you need to buy this ink. Don't buy the knock off inks because your printer won't like them.

Reorder. Good ink, obviously depending on usage it does last.

I have had my Epson printer for 4 years. I love how easy it is to install the printer ink. I like the fact the ink is in stock and doesn't always have to be ordered.

The black ink lasts for about 3 months with normal use. I always buy at Best Buy and they always have it in stock at their stores.

I say adequate because this is the first replacement cartridge that I've had to buy. The 410XL lasted over a year, so I expect this standard sized one to give me at least 6 months of flawless printing.

Been using Epson printers and inks for a few years. This standard Black cartridge isn’t included with the multipack offering so it’s worth purchasing by itself as black is always the first to run out of.

Bought as replacement inks for an Epson XP-630. Each cartridge loaded easily and works without error. What more could you ask except that the price could be a bit less. However, the cost of replacement inks is an ongoing issue.

It works like it should. The cost is a little high but it's made for a Epson printer. The only thing I don't understand is why they make you add two black cartridges?? One for plan paper and one for photo printing.

The quality of the ink is good, but the quantity is short. Maybe you should build and ink bigger cartridges. Don't mind the extra pennies, but changing cartridges and getting those annoying messages "ink is low"!!!

Large selection of ink made it possible for us to purchase ink replacements for both of our printers in one store. Price comparable to other vendors. We were able to use Best Buy rewards to help with purchase.

I've tried generics and compatibles and they always turn into problems. I'll spend the extra couple of dollars to spare myself the headaches. This cartridge popped right in and I was on my way in less than a minute.

I love Epson printers, they are the best for pictures. This black ink makes the colors true black and the pictures don't fade. I recommend this product to anyone who cares are the color of their pictures.

Seems to run out way faster than my Epson 400 series ink. The print quality is good. I use basic print and toner saver features on my printer but still find myself looking at empty cartridges too quickly.

All the Epson ink prints well but is a little pricey. If you print very many photos, they look very professional and you should use the XL cartridges since the standard cartridges don’t last very long.

Great ink for the Epson printer I have, always available at my local Best Buy. Works well in printer & easy to change ink cartridges.
