    Finding the correct cartridges for my Epson printer was difficult using the Best Buy website. Had to return several cartridges before getting the correct set. Read the fine print on return policies, the store refused to take back an open pkg. which is listed in its fine print section on return goods. The new cartridges work fine. Oh yeah, just happened to be a person in line with his old Epson printer that needed the cartridges that the store wouldn't except, so I gave them to him.

    I'm very pleased with the the Epson 812XL ink cartridges that I use with my Epson WF-7820 printer. The ink colors are strong, dry instantly and reflect/match the color chosen for whatever task I'm completing ie., copying/printing.

    It came from EPSON so it had to be good. Best Buy had nothing to due with its quality except sell it. Good thing I used it within the 14 day period on my receipt or I would not have been able to return it if it was bad. Bad policy probably won't buy anything from Best Buy any more/
