    The cartridges hold a moderate amount of ink. Need to refill them as it is too expensive to constantly replace. Customer service is always available, but not always knowledgeable about the product.

    Love Epson and Best Buy carries great Epson products. The value is worth it. And Best Buy tech support and Epson tech support can’t be beat.

    Bought 7840 printer. The starter ink gave me good amount of ink. Like that this package comes with xl black. I hate the cost of ink but less expensive than my previous 802 ink.

    The printer is nothing but problem, every day I have to turn it off and back on and then reload the Wierless service. Never had this much problem with the HP printer.
