"Colored" Ink. Not sure that this ink appreciates us calling it colored though.

Near $100 for mere drops of ink , forget it . Say the box has sat on the shelf for a while . The stupid chips may not allow you to print at all . EPSON has gone out of their way to make certain aftermarket cartridges will not work with workforce printers like WF 7840 . Chip resetters will not work for 812xl and single use chips are near as expensive as legit cartridges ....if they work at all . The printer uses ink when it does printhead cleaning . You have no control over when printer does this .......so $expect$ it to happen a lot ! They couldn't pay me to own these ! Who wants to spend $30 every time it cleans the print heads ?

This is my first time purchasing XL. From my understanding the XL is for the black only. As much as this ink cost it should be XL for color also.

Ink works fine, but there never seems to be as much ink in cartridges as listed. Never get pages printed that is listed.

The color ink doesn't last very long at all. Definitely getting the XL for color also.

This product in and of itself is fine. The problem is Best Buy's shipping system. They promise a delivery date that they cannot/will not honor, with no way to cancel an order that is late. I run a business, and when a company promises delivery by a certain date, I need to be able to count on that within a day or two. Here I sit waiting for my ink delivery, and every day the online delivery tracking information updates to say it is late. Meanwhile I have had to get ink elsewhere. This has now happened to me three or four times with Best Buy, but it won't happen again. This is my last purchase here.

wrong number listed on website.....wrong size for my printer. 4 people at your corprate tried to tell me it was the right one.....finally someone from the store called me and agreed with me ( I was holding it in my hand) and then my son went to Staples and bought some( it was closer and I diid not want to wait ( the other was supposed to arrive on Wed but did not show till late Friday///////normally I have excellent service !!

I prefer the all in one package over buying each one individually.

The first pack was dried out and didn’t work, I had a project I was working on, which was due that morning. I had to rush back to the store to get another one that stopped working on me.

bought the new Epson service personsold this # 812 ink cartridge which was the wrong replacement ink. Had to make a trip back to store, and got an immediate refund. Cartridge price was 3.00 higher than another store... hmmm

DONT BUY! Came broken and printer states not compatible. Same cartridges that the new printer came with. Ordered from Epson and they work fine.

Bags around cartridges were open, hoping they work in a year when i need them

Worst ink cartridges ever. I have done very little printing and already magenta and cyan are out and other 2 almost out.

I always purchase the high yield pack I do a lot of color printing when I am crafting
