Product fine, but delivery is terrible!!!!

The problem is Best Buy's shipping system. They promise a delivery date that they cannot/will not honor, with no way to cancel an order that is late. I run a business, and when a company promises delivery by a certain date, I need to be able to count on that within a day or two. Here I sit waiting for my ink delivery, and every day the online delivery tracking information updates to say it is late. Meanwhile I have had to get ink elsewhere. This has now happened to me three or four times with Best Buy, but it won't happen again. This is my last purchase here.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.wrong number listed on website.....wrong size for my printer. 4 people at your corprate tried to tell me it was the right one.....finally someone from the store called me and agreed with me ( I was holding it in my hand) and then my son went to Staples and bought some( it was closer and I diid not want to wait ( the other was supposed to arrive on Wed but did not show till late Friday///////normally I have excellent service !!

Old epson ink

I had to rush back to the store to get another one that stopped working on me.

wrong cartridge

Had to make a trip back to store, and got an immediate refund. Cartridge price was 3.00 higher than another store... hmmm
