Pretty good value

They last reasonably long but if you like to highlight sections with yellow, the yellow cartridge will run out pretty fast. I wish they made these cartridges available individually. Otherwise, it's a pretty good buy.

Unfortunately Epson locks users into buying only their ink, which is expensive. Epson has features built into my printer that can detect third party ink from being useable. That being said, the ink does work well. I suspect that this is sold without a black cartridge because most people will go thru the black cartridge faster than the color ones.
