    It's the same with all printers: The manufacturer forces you to buy its own ink. Epson is no exception. Good quality, easy too install, but never lasts long and way too expensive. It's a classic monopoly.

    I luv my Workforce 4820 printer! I had an Epson 4830 printer in storage for over a year after my move & found that I couldn't do without a printer so bought this one. I now have both in my office up and running... but think I'll donate the big 4830! Recommend it highly, and the inks are also so easy to install!

    Wish EPSON would develop an tank ink bottles style inks for WF type printers. Cartridges, even the XLs just simply do an very poor job of lasting between refills.
