Good Ink - Hard to Remove & Replace

It is hard to push down on the little lever to remove the ink cartridge and to snap it back in place. The HP printer just needed a little push to have the ink cartridge release for removal as well to replace the ink.

It's almost cheaper to just buy a new printer every time you run out of ink. Also, you get nowhere near the advertised amount of printing. Cut what they advertise in half, and you'd be a lot closer to reality.

Disappointed

We are now 3 days later, and I just found out that the item has not even been sent out of the store yet, without the courtesy of a text or email to let me know that there has been a delay. Best Buy is getting zero stars from me on this transaction. Go to Amazon.
