This item is awesome and does the job. However, this item was NOT easy to set up. Depending on the projector you have it makes it harder to set up. It can be done but the instructions are not clear for my projector. That is why I give this a 3 star.

Bought this to set up my home theater last year and have had no issues.

This mount works as advertised! Great addition to select Epson projectors!

good product easy to install I would recommend this product

We had a hard time trying to get the adjustable legs to fit onto our projector. We finally had to take out the Dremel and cut one of them. All in all we did get it up and is is very sturdy and does the job without any vibrations. The projector can be adjusted easily now onto the wall.

Took awhile to fit it to my projector, but once attached works as intended.

Simple and works fine, if you have 6/7 foot tall ceilings. It does not come with a long enough extension for the average 10 foot + ceiling in a modern house. This leaves the screen unable to get perfectly positioned and forever skewed.

So I've owned two different mounts now. This one being the hardest to install. The instruction manual for this is extremely misleading. An after several attempts I finally stopped reading an figured it out myself. If you don't disassemble like the instruction manual tells you to. You'll save a whole heap of time.

Versatile, but a little confusing assembly. A video would be helpful.

I bought this and it didn't fit where I needed it to buy it was outside the return window by the time of installation so I'm stuck with it. I bought it due to weight concern because of how heavy the Epson projector is. Turns out this thing is stupid overkill and is only going to fit in a place with voltage ceilings or something really crazy. The projector is almost a foot thick and this thing is going to add almost another foot so if you have 8 ft ceilings you're looking at a projector hanging something like 6 ft from the floor which is going to be obnoxious if not people hitting their head on it, I would fall in the ladder category. This thing is clearly meant for businesses with high ceilings not home theaters or normal ceiling installations. This is due to poor engineering not the thing being overbuilt. The connection that makes it wayy too long is literally a piece of painted pipe with threading on both sides. The engineering is lazy. Buy something from anyone else, you are only paying for the name Epson on the box and it's doubtful they actually made it.
