At holistic support groups, I use Power Point to promote detox protocols to heal through nutrition. I was using the pocket-sized 3M MPro 150 to project images but because I had trouble getting the level of resolution I need for audiences in larger rooms, I finally decided to explore the Epson VS250. The unit is light but nowhere near as light as the 3M pocket sized projector; but, the trade-off was worth it because I needed the upgrade from a pocket sized image. Though the VS250 unit is a much larger foot print, I get a higher resolution for projecting not only my PP’s; but, I can also use it to stream movies and other media from my laptop. Hooking up my Bluetooth speakers brings me the sound level I need for large rooms and action movies and other media I want to stream from my laptop. The Epson has a quick’n easy set up guide. Multiple ports allow a variety of hook ups via 2 USB ports, audio, video, computer and HDMI. Thankfully, I have an HDMI cable on hand; but, all I needed for my dry runs was the cable included with the unit to link my laptop to the projector. Included, as well, is a handy remote (batteries included). You can adjust the image and focus as well as toggle through the menu from the remote or from the touch pad on top of the projector. The icons make moving through the menu pretty intuitive; but, it’s always good to review instructions. The most unusual perk is the Epson EXTRA CARE Road Service coverage. So, if you’re on the road and have any problems, you don’t have to hassle with organizing a repair. Support is a phone call away. The number is on the underside of the unit. If replacement is required, they promise to be 'pronto'. Would be nice if the warranty could be extended beyond the one year limited for the projector and the 90 day limited on the lamp. But, shop around for bank credit cards that offer extended coverage on electronics, furnishings, etc as a part of their benefits program. I get some piece of mind from the coverage, especially for mobile devices that are exposed to greater risk.

We had a Epson projector but it was so old we couldnt find the screen resolution. This is such a great upgrade for the price.
