I recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality scanner at a reasonable price.

A terrific product. I believe that this will make tax season a breeze. A little frustrating at first but once I learned how to name my document files it's a simple tool to condense my paper piles.

My husband uses this product at work. He absolutely loves the convenience of the device.

We use it at work and store it when not in use. It’s so small we almost lost it. It scans well and has few issues. We even scan ugly, dirty, creased, wrinkled, & torn papers with little or no problems. Great scanner!!!

I took one star away because I don’t know how to work it. Otherwise... When I came across this in Best Buy I thought this would be a great purchase. Geek squad put it on my MacBook for me and it seemed to work fine. I even tried it out before leaving the store. Once I got it home it wouldn’t scan properly. It would only scan half of my documents. But whenever I take it to Best Buy it works fine. I’m just going to say I’m not there with the technology yet because this could actually be a great scanner if I knew how to make it work for me.

I have a full size scanner but it's not convenient to scan documents ad-hoc. This makes it easy to plug in to a laptop and scan at a desk or away, quality is good!

I tried the NEAT scanner for my business but it did not work at all. Waste of money, ugh. I then went to Best Buy again and found this scanner and so far so good on my Mac Book and Mac Book Pro. Love it and the price was not bad either.

I needed a basic scanner that is portable. This fit my needs. I wouldn't use it for fancy items, such as old photographs, but it works well for simple documents.

A decent portable scanner. The software could be improved, simplified. It is usable, but more complicated than the last scanner I bought.

This is for my grand-daughter for school. I only buys Apple computers.

It's ok. Fortunately, I do not have to scan documents that often. It is slow and has trouble communicating with my computer. I have to unplug the usb cable and restart the software each time i scan.

Product is from 2013 but it works great. Quick page feeder, scan quality is excellent, and software downloaded and installed faurly quickly.

Bought this to replace a broken neat scanner. Works quite well.

Overall is a good practic device. but you got to have timing between sheet feeding or you will get an anoying paper jam message. the good is that does amazing colorfull scans.

Very dependable. Works well when I go onsite to a clients office.

It works if you tinker with the settings long enough if you don't it will not pick up writing for some reason but it'll take 10 years just to scan one thing so not really the best.

I have need to scan in various evaluations wherever I am at the time. It has been working GREAT!!! Easily transportable!!! Only thing I wish it did was duplex scan. It is an awesome simplex scanner.
