||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I downloaded the information from the disc provided in with the materials that were included with the scanner...it was successful...However, I could not after trying multiple times and several attempts at reloading the information from the disc all of which were "successful" get the scanner up and running....I tried to contact Epson and should've been more patient but I ended up halting contact and returning the scanner....I just didn't have anymore patience....
