It worked once, and then it wouldn't turn on again. I returned it, not worth the hassle.

Thought it would be easier to use. Not familiar with scanners.

Never would turn on. Had to take it back for a different brand.

A little pricey but not a bad scanner. I would recommend.

I thought I was getting something that organizes documents as I scan them but it turns out this is only a scanner. A little disappointed since the person who sold it to me said it could do that function.

I had to get the Best Buy technicians to set up the product on my computer and get it to work initially. It took a ridiculous amount of time. It never worked for me at home. Since it was past 15 days to return it to Best Buy for a refund, I needed to contact the company directly. There is no obvious way to call the company or return product from their website. They have made it about impossible to contact them.

I was very happy with this item at the begining, but after 7 to 10 use, stop and never work again

Unfortunately not what was expected. Scans are very dark.

This scanner would probably be ok for documents which do not need to be good reproductions. I bought it to scan my photo collection. I have cleaned the scanner using the included kit several times and still get poor copies of my pictures which include lines through the images.

If you own a newer Mac don't waste your money #2016

After a big disappointment with the Magic Wand, I purchased the DS-30. It works exactly as advertised and does it well. The business card reader was a pleasant surprise. Good solid product for a fair price.

Although the scanner works just fine, the software provided with this unit is not at all comparable to the Neat software that comes with their portable unit. For the $50 or so, I wish I would have bought the Neat unit. For business users, get the Neat receipts, for the person that just needs to scan things here and there, this would be fine.

This was easy to set up and use. It's perfect for home use and scans everything we need, even drivers licenses.

Appears to be well made and easy to use with my Apple computers. Bought it for my wife, and she loves it!

The Best Buy sales associate said this would be a great scanner for photos and documents. I wanted a scanner that would scan photos extremely well - this does just that. Unfortunately, it scans photos to a pdf document that cannot be transferred to a jpg or gif. I will return it tomorro for an Epson photo scanner.

The Epson DS-30 was a good scanner until it got on Windows 10. It will only scan in gray scale and B/W. Epson customer support is terrible. I have submitted a request for help twice and the "Help" I got was worthless. I am now in the market for a replacement scanner. I am making sure that my co-workers and customers know NOT to purchase this scanner. And yes, I have all the latest drivers and system updates. This is simply a driver problem! I am very disappointed.
