I love the scanner very practical and for home use. Not much space needed.

This scanner is just what I wanted and portable to take on the road too.

I bought this because I was travelling and wanted to scan a fairly large number of documents instead of carrying bulky paper. This little work horse did the job nicely. It's not overly fast, but certainly sufficient.

This is a useful tool for scanning in recipes and business cards. Helps with my resolution to be better organized.

After going from a regular scanner to this type I was a little doubtful how well it would work, but it works just as well as the old large one that took up desktop space. This one stores in its own cloth drawstring bag (which is too small in my opinion, but that minor) and I put it in a drawer. I am thrilled with this purchase and recommend it highly. I use it at home for those times you need to copy something. I have no idea how well it would work for heavy business use

I bought this with a tablet as a christmas present for my mom. She wanted the tablet to be able to use in the kitchen for her recipes. So i bought this scanner to be able to scan the recipes and save them on her tablet. I have used it a few times and it always seems to be clear and legible.

When my proprietary Neat Scanner software died, I decided to purchase a scanner that could be used anytime,anywhere. This is a great scanner and easily setup to use. The files and/or programs are not proprietary. Easy filing, organizing scans. Can be reviewed without proprietary software.

Scanner is good but painfully slow when it comes to feeding a whole document or file of documents one by one while pausing between each page!

This scanner is a page-by-page scanner, which it is advertised as. It would be nice to scan multiple pages at a time, but that would definitely be more expensive. It is good for the price.

The Epson Workforce DS-30 has been a much needed tool for my business travel. While most hotels have a business center to print documents, they do not always have a scanner to convert them to an electronic format so that they can be sent via email.

It is great. I use it to send my paper work by email so I don't have to pay $2.00 a page at the truck stops.

The product was mis-leading. Required an advanced level of Microsoft to do what it stated.. "Create editable text" Also, they provide a DVD with it's software and could NOT be loaded on a Tablet/Laptop.

I needed something that didn't take up much room, this works perfectly.

Right away after plugging it on my Mac it automatically shows the step by step instructions to start scanning a document.

I use this portable scanner with my laptop in my work truck so I can email PDF's without having to be in the office. It's very handy. It uses no outside power source.

I didn't care for the software. And you have to hook it up to the software before scanning. I wish I could scan and then plug it into the computer when I was ready to download it.

This was bought to use at my work place. It is great. We can move it to different work stations within minutes so multiple people can use within the same day if needed. Still works great after couple years

I bought this scanner for a couple reasons. One to scan pics for a slideshow project for my twins bday party. Secondly to have a portable scanner at work. Scanning photos can be a challenge. Some photos scanned easy while others skidded and had to be rescanned by carefully guiding it with fingers. Glossy photos I could not scan at all even after guiding them. I have not tried it for documents yet but I am sure they will come out ok. Software it comes with is basic and easy but you can use other programs.
