I love my new scanner! Is so easy to use and fast.

The portable scanner has saved me sooooo much money. I no longer have to go to a Kinko's to use their scanner. The documents come out clear and clean. The scanning process is simple and efficient, I'm just sorry it took me so long to purchase this scanner.

Upon immediate use I found that the paper sensor was not working correctly. I had to jiggle the paper before the scanner would even recognize that it was in the feeder and even at that it was askew and did not feed straight. I called Epson Technical support and had to speak with someone in the Philippines who was less than useless. when it became obvious that this scanner was not working he declared it as being defective then wanted to charge me $200 to send a replacement which would be refunded after they received the defective unit. Thanks but no thanks, back to Best Buy to return it and get my money back. I would have exchanged it for another one but there wasn't another one in the store.

A great scanner, a great value for the price. This little scanner is so much better than whatever your phone camera and scanning app would do. The provided application allows you to quickly get a high quality document, you can scan double sided pages, can export as searchable PDFs, Microsoft Word l.

This product was simple to set up and to start using right away. I used it to scan family photos while visiting relatives. So being able to scan and focus on getting the photos recorded quickly so that I could enjoy my visit doing other things as well was a big plus

How can I not be happy with the fact that I replaced a 100 square foot (exaggeration) with this. It's working as expected.

Faster scanner, reads pages fast but the quality of the images could be better. Slower processing pages but of a better quality (more than (1000 dpi) would be better. It processes larger size pages and fit in the images, that is convenient and good. Two weaknesses: One, paper jams blocks it. I have to remove the paper, disconnect the scanner and start it again. Two, most annoying. It takes sometimes to be ready. Turn on first and connect to PC later or viceversa, it is the same. Sometimes even it doesn't say it is connected. It is not my USB port, since it works great with external hard drives or the wireless mouse. It is the scanner itself or the driver. So take it easy to the scanner be ready. Connect it, prepare a cup of tea or coffee , and come back again, maybe it will be ready. For the next scanner I will explore Brother or Cannon.

I purchased this item to help us organize our filing system. So far, it has worked as advertised. Still customizing some settings to streamline the process.

This thing is amazing!!! It scans like no ones business. I use it to scan contracts and it will do it in seconds

Virtually silent, very fast, scans both sides at once. Software seems very good. Disappointed that it will not power itself via USB connection. Power cable is awkward.

Scanning slows down when only USB connection is used. Must be plugged into an outlet to function quickly. Otherwise, good tool for home or a small office. Good buy!! Recommended to friend for his kids to scan their school work. User friendly and easy to transport around.

This a great little scanner. Our company bought this for me a few weeks ago. I have to scan small cards front and back. This does a wonderful job.

I love this scanner. My only issue is that super long receipts have to be cut in half because the scanner can't handle the length.

This is the second Epson Workforce ES-200 that I have purchased. I love that it's very compact and doesn't take up hardly any room on a desktop. It's cheap enough that a second one for an additional work space was an easy decision vs. having to disconnect from my prime desktop.

Works great, fast enough for everyday use. Compact.

I was disappointed with this scanner because it has a bad habit of grabbing multiple sheets of the paper hasn’t been spaced out prior to putting in the loading tray. Images come out fine. Speed is calibrated well depending on picture quality. I’d give this product a 5star if the loading process wasn’t so finicky.

Works well. I like being able to scan in color. Fast scanning. Has difficulty with multiple pages and has flimsy design. At times hard to keep paper straight as it scans.
