My computer can sleep and yet I don't have to re-start it to use my printer. But to use the scanner I must re-start the computer. Do not recommend

Wish I had not purchased this

But then I tried to scan a paper and got "operation is not valid due to the current state of the object" and this phrase is no where and I mean no where in the help or troubleshooting sections. SO now I have an expensive paper weight until I can spend time and money on a help phone call. DO NOT BUY
