I recommend this Epson Document Scanner ES-400! Ease of setting up and actually using this Epson ES-400 Scanner is wonderful!!!

Best product for scanning a variety of documents. Wish I had purchased the wireless unit. VERY easy to use. Can assign to file for storage of information.

I chose the scanner because it is the fastest scanner out there and it doesn't suck pages through. The only difference between this and the ES 500 is that the ES 500 is wireless

I had been using a flatbed scanner which only scanned one page at a time which, with a multi-paged document, was very time consuming. This scanner does a great job and is very fast.

I buy these for my office. They are simple easy to install and they always work. No hassle and they use very little battery. I have never had any issues with them. This is the 10th I have bought.

I used this to scan a lot of personal documents and financial statements. Easy to set up, perform a job such as applying a file name with sequencing file number attached to the name. This will be a tremendous help to be paperless. The autofeed is a great help. I've owned this for over a year and still works and have no regrets for buying. Cons: it's not a flatbed scanner so it can't scan bulky items like a passport.

This is a great scanner for receipts, documents, photos, everything! I use it primarily to scan receipts and it has worked wonderfully.

I was in desperate need of a scanner and have found the Epson to be a great addition to my home office. The speed of the scanner is great and helps me get through my workload faster.

It works perfect for what I need it, I can scan long receipts and multiple pages very fast, also it recognizes the date on the receipt.

Had a more expensive model for years that decided it was retiring. Purchased this for $200 less and it is meeting my requirements. Work with a paperless job so gets plenty of use.

I debated over this purchase, but couldn't be more pleased. Epson nailed it with this product! Loved the software that came with this scanner. I am loyal to Epson because they have been consistent in providing me with excellent products at a reasonable price. I just bought an echotank and cant wait to use it.

Several times a week I scan docs 40-60 pages long to send to colleagues. This scanner is quick and produces clear images. Very pleased.

I got tired of filing paper copies of important documentation. So I made the decision to digitize and shred everything. I had a multi-function printer/scanner that I was using. The problem was that it was slow and the the duplex scanning was REEAALLYY SSLLOOWW and it constantly would misfeed. This solved both issues. Plus the software that comes with it is much more robust for document scanning. If you're in the market for something similar and don't want to fork over twice the cash for the Fujitsu, this is the ticket.

If you are looking for a really fast scanner, this is the one to get. I did slow it some by changing the quality of the scans. The only issue we had was getting some of the settings the way we wanted them but we eventually worked it out.

I just LOVE my new scanner. It makes light duty of scanning many many pictures at once. It's only downfall is that old polaroid photos don't scan through. They are too thick & get stuck. But for traditional prints, it works amazing & fast!
