Nice Scanner - Challenging Set Up

This Scanner was highly reviewed and the price is competitive. Only had trouble in the set up. First off the Cable used is USB3.0. Tried using my older USB2.0 which did not work. So I purchased a 10 FT USB 3 which also did not work. Figured out with help from Epson that the scanner will not work with a Cable longer than 6FT. Otherwise I like this Scanner a lot.

The reason I don't give it a 5 star review is we have receipt tickets that have 3 sheets because of the carbon copies and the machine jams even thought where they are held together is at the top which goes in the machine first and it doesn't separate, the machine still does not handle the 3 sheet receipts sadly.

easy to use, fast, so far no sheet misfeeds

I had to call the company to figure out why it wasn't connecting to my computer and now I'm not understanding why I have to open the app on the computer to begin a scan instead of just pressing the button on front of the device
