It's ok but prefer my scan snap

The software is a little buggy. The Epson works but not as efficient as the ScanSnap. You get what you pay for. It's a back up for my home office and doesn't get used as much.

If it did, this would be 5 star. If you don't mind saving the scan first and then attaching it to an email, then go for it. But if you like to attach the scan directly to an email, find another one.

This scanner replaced a more expensive one that constantly misfed and locked up. Would recommend this scanner to anyone looking.

It replaced a Brother scanner, which we had for 6-7 years. This Epson is connected to one laptop in the office. It can be a little finicky with recognizing the laptop after it has been disconnected for a short period of time.
