I purchased to scan photos. Which I did about 75 of. But it just didn't give the quality of scan that I had hoped. It is not sold as a photo scanner. If you are scanning color documents I think it would do great. I returned it. Not what I needed.

working great good speed and clear scans no problems

Bought this as a present for my aging parents who have way to much clutter in the form of old papers and such. It is absolutely fantastic for creating digital copies of everything to clear out the clutter.

I was thinking about choosing a flat-bed scanner, but this one is perfect. I can easily scan and store digital files of all my household documents. It quickly scans numerous pages stacked in the feeder.

We have 4 of these in our office and they never fail, the are great to work with our Practice Management System!

I absolutely love this Epson scanner ive been needing something like this for years and finally got one. My husband surprised me with it one day. I have the best husband.

This is way better than garbage scanner on your all-in-one printer. The Epson software isn't the most intuitive to configure, but it's alright.

This product works great. Very compact. Software is intuitive. Fast scan with high quality.

Not all scanners have Twain drivers available. Needed the Twain to work with third party software. No Issues. This is the second one in our office.

Love it but have to come in for service. I need to scan a lot of pictures without using a company for service

This item is great to have with the small business I am operating. It does everything I need it to do and save on ink!

Hands down best scanner in the market. Super fast ,ocr, and lots of option. Must have for personal or home office use

I can get rid of all the paperwork. I can file it and no more mess . Great organizer love to be free of all the paper and folders in file . Have more space.

I have purchased several for different offices, most running eFile Cabinet. Works great. Only had one that needed to be replaced after 4 years of service.

We have been using scan-snap all this time but decided to get this when our scan-snap doesn’t work. Overall I am happy with it, it does what it supposed too and can snap small receipts.

I expected the scanner to be more friendly. I had no quick instructions and 100+ pages I needed to read. I wish their would have been someone available to explain all the functions so I would not have to had spent so much time learning about it

Good scanner small and dose the job when is connecting , is disconnecting after restart and cant find the scanner

This scanner has made my life and my office managers life much easier. Double sided scanning is wonderful but the biggest thing, No Paper jams when scanning.

No issues so far. We purchased two of these for a small office. The duplexing really helps speed up scanning multiple pages.
