Easy to set up and use. A good replacement for my old Neat scanner and software. Software that comes with the scanner is a little clunky compared to Neat software.

This is my second scanner for office, also a good back up , the price is worth it, very easy to install and use with multiple devices.

I needed a scanner to digitize a lot of photo albums. I tried to order a different one but it was no longer available, and a Best Buy representative recommended this one. The specs are nice, scanning is quick, and the software is easy to use. However, it requires constant cleaning, and most of the scans still have lines through them. The few without lines have really nice color and quality. As many times as I have had to stop, clean, and rescan, I doubt I'm saving time compared to using a flatbed scanner. This scanner may be nice for documents but it is useless for pictures. I wish I would have returned it before the window closed instead of reaching out to Epson support. If Best Buy recommends this to you for photos, keep looking.

Very comparable to the Fujitsu line of scanners. Great quality and easy to use. Best when paired with Epson printer for quick scanner to print option.

Have had this scanner for more than 6 mos and my only complaint is that it will not accept thick stock such as credit cards. Easy to setup, use and clear the pathway. Would recommend.

So fast and easy to use! Really changes the game especially scanning charts, etc!

Good Product. This is my second one. I have one at home and one at work and use them both. If you need more detail you have to increase the DPI and it does slow down the scanning process but overall it is a great product.

I love the speed it takes to scan double sided pages. I has helped me in clearing out and documents I no longer need to have around.

I have been able to scan many personal documents to include those related to taxes, Power of Attorney, Advance Medical Directive and Living Trust. Most of the documents I scan are quite clear and legible. I bought it when it was on sale and I am very pleased at it's performance.
