Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to try this Workforce ES-400 II Duplex Desktop Document Scanner and I'm highly satisfied. I did have trouble getting the scanner to connect Bluetooth but once I connected to laptop computer it was perfect. The scanner was very fast in scanning documents and is a perfect size for my desk. I love how I can scan documents and others from my phone and computer. You can also scan to Dropbox, Goggle Drive & Evernote plus others. I also downloaded the app to help me get the scanner fired up. The duplex capability is strong enough to Bluetooth documents especially with high speed connection. This scanner has a high image feature and two sides scan feature as well. Its also amazing that it is a color document scanner and feeds up to fifty sheets at one time. This is my review for Epson Workforce ES-400 II Duplex Desktop Document Scanner to do a beta test and review.

This is not an isolated instance. Searching online showed others having the same problem with this and other scanners. Seems an update problem with Windows interferes and you have to uninstall the software and device and re-install. The company should figure out a fix for this. Won't purchase a scanner until the problem is resolved by the manufafcturer.
