This scanner has done its job so far. However, it does jam when feeding smaller sheets of paper with larger ones. I have found that I have to feed the smaller sheets one at a time to avoid jams. It isn't a problem, just annoying. Also, when deleting some sheets that have scanned, it goes back to the first sheet in that batch every time. It would be less time consuming if it would go to the next sheet instead of having to scroll down each time a sheet is deleted. Otherwise, I have been pleased.

I got this desktop scanner to replace my MFP that I was only using for scanning. I wanted something smaller and faster.... it is both of these but the quality of the scans arent that good. I even increased the DPI to 600. I wish I would have kept my huge outdated HP MFP.

One word. AMAZING!! I used to manually scan page by page and took me hours to finish scanning handful of documents. This dedicated scanner is a total game changer. I was able to finish thousands of documents which would normally take months to complete, in one single day.
