    Will return this item. Since most accessories are now wireless, it never dawned on me that this unit was NOT Bluetooth, but a cable is required to connect to the computer. My office setup makes this cumbersome, so I was never able to connect or use. Advertising should make clear -- NOT BLUETOOTH, CABLE REQUIRED,

    Bought for a small medical office. Works great for scanning basic documents, but features aren't compatible our EHR system when scanning to patient accounts. We use Meditech. Will scan insurance cards if using the scanning app but does not scan duplex when scanning into the ehr. Works to get daily tasks done but I'm not sure I would recommend for a medical office.

    It works good for a few minutes but then it stopped working and I had nothing but trouble with it. It was very inconvenient because I had some very important documents that needed to be scanned that day. I tried everything I could and could not get it to work anymore. I think it’s very expensive for what it does so I would never buy it again. Maybe I just got a bad one but I’m not going to take a chance.
