I had an old brother scanner for last 6 years. But when I saw this one I kinda liked it . but when I used it , I loved it. I do a lot of scanning everyday. It is great value.

This thing is not very big in my opinion but works fantastic. I had a friend recommend Epson and I have been extremely pleased with it. Scanning is FUN! Well, maybe not fun, but this takes makes it MUCH better.

We had a Fujitsu previously but were informed that this Epson was a good scanner for the price. We are pleased with scanner as it does everything that we need it to do in our office

Setting up the wireless was a pain. It was more complicated than most wireless devices. After it lost the settings again, I just hooked up the cable. Scanning is wonderful though.

Once I call tech support to help me get the scanner hooked up to the wireless its works great. Only negative is the set up is not easy because it doesn't have a display.

Works just like the more expensive Fujitsu scanners but at a much better price. For basic home scanning needs, you can't beat this. Scanning over WiFi works great.

I bought 2 of this scanner. They are great for small businesses and home office or whoever needs a solution to go paperless. It is a bit slower compared to the Fujitsu but more affordable as well

Awesome scanner. Set up was extremely easy and fast. Scanning is super fast. If you are looking for a home/office scanner this is one to look at.

I purchased this $300+ scanner to help me clear some of the clutter in my office. I had a scanner on my $60 Canon printer/scanner/Fax machine - its quality was acceptable, but having to scan each side separately was very time-consuming. So I reckoned that the additional cost of the Epson scanner would be justified by the cost savings. WRONG. The scan quality is mediocre at best - nowhere near the quality of my $60 Canon. And the software is even worse. It completely has a mind of its own about when it feels like scanning. And when it does finally scan, it puts all the documents into a single PDF, even if you click on Finish after each document. It supposedly scans both sides in a single pass - sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It is completely unreliable. I intend to box it up and bring it back to Best Buy. One of the worst $300 I have ever spent.

Working smoothly and all the parts seem to be able to in sync. I don't see any issues with the equipment even though I did buy the extended warranty.

This has been perfect for working from home during the virus and I bought a second one for my personal office away from home.

Works great. One suggestion, it shouldbe programmed to sum up totals. Othen than that themachine works perfect.

Very nice printer for photo quality prints. Initial Inc. in clued it or extremely small cartridges. However the print quality is nice.
