great little scanner - much faster than the previous model.

useless, lost the cable to charge it, it uses the chargers of an 2005 android. I cant do anything with it. I've only had it for one month exactly and used it twice but lost the charger, and have trouble connecting it to my laptop.

Nice little scanner for in the field and at the office.

It was good. I don’t like that it can’t connect to my apple laptop but through the app it works amazing. Shortens up my work.

It is a great scanner it works great via its own WiFi to phone when out in the field scanning documents. I wish it was easier to connect to network WiFi.

I bought this specifically to use for scanning old photos. It's definitely easy to use. But, it crashes about every 30 pictures and you have to force quit, then restart. It also kept developing a line that cleaning only worked for a short time on. Overall, I don't recommend this product for photo scanning.

Its a little slower than I thought it would be. 1 or 2 at a time can be a pain but when I have a pile of docs, I can set the settings to continuous and run a ton of papers in a short time.

This thing was able to scan my tax documents. While I did have to pay federal, I did get a refund from State. Not blaming the scanner. He is innocent. He will now sit in a drawer for the next 11 months until he rises again to scan more tax documents.

I bought this scanner to scan receipts, and after installing the software, it prompt me to pay an additional $100 to be able to use their receipt feature. I looked at the box carefully, and it didn't mention this anywhere. Also, the wireless feature is really slow, making it frustrating to use when you are scanning multiple documents. Plugging into the computer to scan is much faster, but sometimes it grabs the items too quick and feeds them before you can straighten them, which leaves you with crooked scans. You also aren't able to do any additional cropping, which to me should be a standard feature. Once you have your scans in, you have to select how you want to export them. As soon as you do that, it will delete the original scans. So if you accidentally exported them with the wrong file type, you will have to start over again. I also learned that if you scan more than 30 items at a time, only a select few will export, leaving you frustrated on figuring out what scans are missing. Overall, I would not recommend this unless their software is updated, and they bundle it with their receipt software, or at least provide a discount. Being forced to pay $100 to use a feature that is advertised on the box is ridiculous.

The concept is cool but I had the hardest time keeping it connect to my computer. It wasn’t very easy to use since it would sometimes not be found by my computer or lose signal mid scan. It’s nice if you wanna fight with it

Works with my laptop but can’t get it to connect with newer desktop

I liked the features and easy interaction with iPad and iPhone. Unfortunately, despite over an hour on the phone with Epson tech support, couldn't get it to work with my MacBook Pro. Also, software is 32-bit, which will soon be outmoded for upcoming MACOS. Epson needs to write 64-bit software. I returned it and Best Buy refunded me without hassle.

Best way to scan all your receipts for business. No monthly subscription needed to use product.

Works very well for my purposes. It's. compact, yet still gets the job done. I recommend it.

I'm and mobile notary and I do loan signings. This works great when vendors need documents scanned back immediately after signing. Links right to your phones wifi hotpsot.

Perfect for what I needed, it makes office work easier.

Difficult to get to feed correctly sometimes. Wireless doesn't work well so used USB most of the time.
