If you need a scanner for normal size 8x11 or smaller, this is great, otherwise I’d say look for a flatbed.

It give crisp, clear copies in color and black and white. The installation was a breeze and I was scanning in a matter of minutes. The software that comes with it is simple to use but has a lot of features included. I highly recommend this product.

Software and driver issues

This is just the sort of software mis-match that is terribly vexing when it SHOULD be effortless. All the unplugging and replugging and closing and opening software does NOT make me as happy with this scanner.
