Ink tanks still look full after hundreds of copies!

Easy to set up and operate from different devices.

As a teacher, I print many things for the classroom. This has printed so many color pages and it doesn't look like I have done anything. I haven't used all the features yet, but so far the 2 months I have had it, it has met or exceeded my expectations. Wish I had one in my class along with my one at home

It was easy to setup but their is a learning curve to get the copy function to operate. I had to call Epson support center twice and both time the support staff fix the problems. I found out the ADF does not work with the Computer copy request.

Was really hesitant about paying the amount up front but when I did the math your going to save with ink costs. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 ⭐️ was I couldn't change the quality setting on the printer itself other than that great so far.

Works as advertised although a little more noisy than my last printer. Filling the ink tank is a bit messy and not as easy as I thought it would be

The idea of using ink bottles to refill instead of buying expensive cartridges is what made me decide to purchase this machine. I've been using it for several months now, and the ink levels are still very high. Very pleased with it as a printer. However, the ADF (document feeder) is complete junk. It says its jammed about 80% of the times you try to use it. Then the only way to make it know that its not jammed is to shut it down, and then turn it back on. Very frustrating. Going to have to invest in another machine for copier.

I love this thing. It takes a min to get out of the box and filled up, but wow. It installed easier than any printer ever. All my devices found it. The scan works great and so does the auto feed. Still running strong on ink and i dont worry about it now! I highly recommend this!

This printer was recommended to do the normal document printing and reasonable quality photos. 1.Set up is cumbersome and somewhat difficult. 2.Print quality is poor. 3.Switching from copy to scan is cumbersome.

It was easy to set up, and the printing is fine, but it's so noisy compared to our last Epson that it's really annoying, making me wish that we had our old one back.

While it prints very colorful, i had wires set up right and was having problem faxing even after I ran the test on it and it passed. When you do fax it is REALLY loud

As with most people, I started looking at this printer because I was tired of always needing to buy new ink cartridges. This printer has completely eliminated that little voice that always nagged me when I had to print a large document. Heck I print everything now.

I purchased this product about one month ago and have had no issues asince. I run a small business mediocre use of the printer. The best benefit I see so far is the ecotank feature which allows you to not have to worry almost at all about the ink. Great product!

I really like the ink tank solution. Now I do not have to run to the store every two to three weeks to restock on ink. Thanks Epson for a great printing solution, you really listened to the consumer.

Purchased this printer because it never seemed to fail that when the kids project was due we would run out of ink! Love it the only reason I gave 4 starts is upfront cost is high for same technology.

I was told in store it was expensive but would save me a lot of money in ink. They were right. It has been a year now and I still haven't added ink. My son prints a lot of stuff and I am just amazed. Highly recommend!! Best printer I've ever had

I bought this printer based on my analysis of cost of ownership. I considered the cost of the printer + cost of ink. All cost considered, this printer was $150 cheaper over 5 years than the nearest cheapest option. My prints per year are1,625.

This is a terrible printer and we were "sold". Constantly dealing with vertical lines on color printing, no matter how many times we check and clean the nozzle. Very loud. Will no longer make copies when the paper is laid on the glass (must scan and print document). When printing, we now have to push the "up" arrow and then the button for printing color or b/w. Then it tells us there is a jam (there is not) or that the paper tray is empty (it is not). We need to pull the tray out and put it back in, then hit print yet again! We have not changed our settings. This has happened over a one year period. We have total tech support with Best Buy, but I will not spend $50 to have a Geek Squad tech come out to fix a printer that cost less than $200. Next time I will ignore the salespeople who tell me "their grandmother loves it"...I have a college kid. I'm absolutely not a grandmother. I will buy a $50 printer and when it dies, I'll buy another. Seems like a more cost-efficient way to go.

So far I really like this printer. I was disappointed that it does not do duplex scanning. This printer replaced my HP 7520 which did both duplex printing and scanning. But I'll give that up so that I don't have to contend with ink cartridges.

I love the print quality and savings on Ink, the ink bottles that came with this Printer will last me about 3 or 4 months. I wish you could scan directly to an email address...
