We had to get rid of our other printer because of a variety of issues. Best Buy had a lot of options to chose from.

Great Economical Printing. Got tired of having to pay a small fortune for ink what seemed like every other month. Print quality is very good. Great features.

This is an EcoTank printer. Having ink tanks instead of cartridges is more economical in the long run. Very pleased with the quality of the machine.

I was spoiled by another manufacturer and I missed their user application for selecting scan, copy, print, etc. I did not like the control panel on this printer. Also, card stock (65 LB) did not feed properly; I miss the vertical feed, straight path feature. Was attracted to try this model because of the ink supply technology, but the other features were not to my liking.

I like the idea of refilling fluid but touch screen not as nice and the app for a bing in to PDF not as great

I still haven't figured out the scanning part yet and need to also do photo printing. Otherwise, very good.

So far its a great product, minor issues setting up as im no whiz with computers and connecting to mac

Great for high volume printing and auto-feed scanning. We use this to replace bulk printing and printing labels for events (over 2500 pages).

I have used the printer very little but think it will work well for everyday printing. Bluetooth works great.

I had other printers and the cartridge became a problem. This has been a good solution for my printing needs.

Perfect printer for home to print/copy/fax. I like the ink wells as opposed to continually buying cartridges. I am very pleased with this purchase!

Printer quality is good. However, Page yield is not that great.

I bought it a month ago and the ink thank is in the middle ,you can save money instead of buying ink almost every month with a normal printer

Excellent MFC for the money. I chose this printer for the ink supply system. I was getting tired of changing cartridges all the time.

Our intention wasn't to purchase an eco tank printer. But when the salespeople at the store really explained it and the savings on the ink, we thought it was a good idea. Black prints fine. But the colors are not vibrant and true. When printing something with a lot of color, there are small tan lines every inch or two. Not the best purchase.

This is a very good printer that all your family can use, you don't have to worry about Ink cartridges that's a thing of the pass.
