Good unit but some of the instructions for scanning, etc, seem less than intuitive

I have to work with it to print, the cartridges do not last very long, There is room for improvement. I am getting fade outs sometimes when printed, not readable.

Only problem so far is somehow the scanner software got overwritten, and kept saying it couldn’t communicate with the computer. Luckily we were able to correct the problem.

Historically I've had some negative experiences with home printers which have proven quirky, shoddy quality and frequent breakdowns. The model is a dream. I'm doing a lot of work at home during COVID and this machine stands up to the task. A real boon, especially during lockdown!
