So far printing and copying has been working great. However scanning documents over WiFi or to email doesn't work. I went through the setup half a dozen times and it failed every time. Ended up scanning to a usb

Great for all my printing, scanning & copying needs.

I love the Epson Connect app which is very easy to use and provides true cloud printing capabilities. Printing is also faster than the comparable Canon printer I owned earlier. With BestBuy ink monitoring and refill setup, I don’t have to worry about hunting ink cartridges in shop.

Bought this for Christmas and so far it is really impressive. Holds lots of copy paper making it great for a small business, scans quick and easily. Faxing doesn't take long to send. Not as big of a footprint for all that it does. Pretty quiet too. Great for business or for the price a beast for regular home use.

I purchased this because it was cheap and has option to only print in black and white so that saves on ink and the refills are cheap. It was very simple to hook up and use and the print quality is what you pay for.

Easy to set up and definitely what I was looking for

I was looking for a scanner with document feeder and found all the specialized ones too expensive. Then I found the WorkForce Pro WF-3720. It's not only a great 1200 dpi scanner with document feeder but a great printer and copier as well. Haven't tried the fax function. Set-up was straight forward. Has both wireless and USB connectivity.

great product, easy to use, great print quality...

we had a workforce before and knew we were going to get another one. had a few issues getting the wireless printing going but finally figured it out. overall working great now!

Good ink life, annoying noise and girations just to print a page, print quality is good. Do not recommend for photos. Preferred the hp office printer

Just bought this once hooked up and wi fi connected it printed fine . Issue with epson software ,working with tech to fix issue . Prints fine color was clear

I bought an Epson 3720 printer/scanner/fax and I am very happy with it. I own a small business and need this printer for labels and inventory records. I bought it last month and have been very pleased with it so far. The only problem with this product is the cost of the ink.

Looking for a budget printer for my home office and this printer works well. Only issue i faced is the PDF conversion in scanning mode, it saved as PDF file but others can't open it. Might be just a setting issue.

Does everything i want&it prints beautiful. Def worth it

This All-in-One prints, copies, scans and faxes in color or black and white. It will print 2-sided automatically! All for under $90! The wireless setup was simple. I haven't printed a photo yet so I couldn't give 5 stars.

Excellent printer to have multiple computers and other devices connected from around the house. The paper supply is great - so we don't have to replenish every five seconds - it lasts for several days.

Great printer. Easy to install. Works like it should.

I love this printer! And i spend hours researching printers! I’m glad I came across this one! The only downside to this is that you have to use authentic inc cartridges, which are kind of pricey!
