Very easy set up and instructions on the printer screen. Easy to follow. Only concern is the touch screen requires very little fingers to enter your requests. Next time i will use a pointer.

Purchased the Epson WF-3720 to replace my Epson NX-410. The 3720 has a lot more features including paper feeder and ability to scan directly to USB. Love being able to scan directly to a PDF on USB and not have to install any software on my work computer.

Only after 5-6 months received a scanner error that prevents me from using any other feature. On line and phone tech support useless and very difficult to reach for help. I will be trashing this for another all-in-one but not an Epson. Very poor !!

Brought back a printer that was not performing as expected. Best Buy handled my exchange smoothly and to date I am pleased with my new Epson printer. I have bought computer equipment, Ring doorbells and Echo Dots in the past. Have always had very good service. Thank you.

After over a decade the paper rollers finally would not feed properly on my Artisan 810 and I had to get something that worked. I’ll let you know in about 14 years if the workforce is as good.

The printing is really fast but i can not get the scanner to work and ive tried every thing. Disappointed in that aspect of the printer

When this printer prints, it is fine for the price. It seems to go idle when not in use and does not wake itself up when I try and print. The only solution I have found to this is to restart my computer, which is a pain. Even if I touch the screen and it lights up, this does not seem to bring the printer back from idle. It cannot scan double-sided.

A little trouble at first figuring out how to scan but it was easy once I got it. I use the machine for personal business issues and I like that it prints both sides. This saves on paper.

After receiving very poor service the manager jumped in and went above and beyond what was necessary to retain a customer. Kudos to the store manager.

This printer is loaded with features that will be great for our business. MY only drawback so far is that i have been unable to connect it to my computer to print wireless. I will keep trying.

My previous Epson's motherboard went, so I just bought the newest version. I love that I can scan to email now, for the price, it solves all my issues and prints well too! Thanks to Mr. Epson!

Works well, only short coming is the automatic document feeder. Paper tends to jam going to glass, there is a way to get around this, just requires more time

Prints well. I've had a few issues with paper not feeding well and a few jams. Other than that it was a good purchase for the price I paid.

Works great once you get it set up. Set up is a little challenging. Had to contact support for epson and from my organizations IT to get it set up.

So far so good. No major issues--ink cartridges aren't very big so they don't last long. Does print on both sides. since we don't have a landline, I don't know how well fax works

Had to call the Epson help line three times to set up, The thrid person I spoke to was knoledagable, and problem solved, Is working fine, The problem is the expense of the carrtidges.

instruction window directed by finger touch can be frustrating as you have to be exact with finger pressure. Sometimes I have to push 3 times to get response. Ink black doesn't seem to last long, change it often. and I don't print that much.

I would recommend this product to anyone. It is difficult to put together, but tech support really helped. I did not have a disc, so I had to go the web site to download the drivers. Once I got everything together then I began to enjoy it.

Got this for my wife, she uses it in her classroom for small, quick prints so she doesn’t have to take a trip to the copy room. Only issue is ink doesn’t last too long.

Great printer, however, its a up to date one . If you dont do the updates it will not scan. And you will have to call epson support. I had the epson 610, I liked it better. It wasnt as complicated as this one.
