This printer is overall descent except that multiple sheets of paper attempt to go through at the same time when printing. Otherwise, all is well.

Good printer, but the cartridges come with very little ink so I recommend buying the replacement parts together with the printer.

Our old Epson stopped working after many years. We are loyal users of Epson products. We had poor history with HP. this unit was easy to install and star using right away. I like the envelop printing option and the paper tray. Its working great and we love it

Great little printer. Perfect for scanning large documents and much better touch screen. Would definitely recommend. Could always be easier to set up tho.

I replaced an HP printer that failed long before the initial warranty expired; have had older Epson printers that still produce. It is big and bulky by comparison, but the quality and reliability are well worth the trade off.

I am working from home more and my child is virtual learning so we needed a printer, scanner, copier and fax. I purchased HP printers in the past but I love Epson printers now. I caught it in sale so I’m really pleased!

I love this printer, especially it can be print double sides. I would give five stars if it can copy 2 sides->2 sides... other than that, no complain for this.

Ink cost more than the printer

I've been a loyal Epson fan for probably more than 20 years. I purchased the WF-3720 after my last all-in-one bit the dust. At first I thought this was a great printer; easy to install, Bluetooth capable, I even figured out how to print from my phone! The print quality is great but the issue is how quick the ink runs out. I've owned this printer for over a year and I could have purchased 5 of these with the amount of ink I have had to buy. Now with the latest firmware update any third party ink cartridges are no longer "recognized" and the printer is useless, unless I want to spend $100+ on Epson ink only. If you only print a few times a month and don't mind buying ink that costs more than the printer, this is a great printer. But if you do any volume at all you will be spending most of your time and money on ink.

Hi AverageDad, Epson periodically provides firmware updates to address issues of security, performance, minor bug fixes, and to ensure your printer functions as designed. Your WF-3720 was designed to work only with genuine Epson ink cartridges, therefore some updates may affect the functionality of third-party ink. Non-Epson branded or altered Epson cartridges that functioned before a firmware update may not continue to function. Additionally, our Epson Support Team can help you customize your print settings for more efficient ink consumption. If you need further assistance, your product includes free lifetime tech support and you can call us at (562)276-4382 between 6 am - 8 pm (PT), Monday - Friday, or from 7 am - 4 pm (PT) on Saturdays.

      Regards,
Bobby – The Epson Team Epson

I specifically bought this printer, thinking I could print photo's from my digital camera. Otherwise it is no better than my old hp printer. So I am returning it to Best Buy.

Not my first epson so it was a super easy set up. I didn’t realize it doesn’t have a back feed so all paper has to go through the drawer. Not a big deal for me though.

Needed a new all-in-one printer and this one fit the bill.. It didn't require a lot of learning to see what it could do and honestly was easier than others I have had. Duplex printing is a snap and faxing is super easy. So glad I purchased this one.

    Good printer, difficult scanner setup

I purchased this printer because of the good pricing and the specs and advertised operation of the scanner. I'm happy with every aspect of this product except the setup of the scanner which was grueling and was ultimately unsatisfactory, though the phone support staff tried their best. I am happy enough with the work-around that allows me to do most of what i need through the computer software, but not from the control panel. I've never had this experience with the HP products. Perhaps this was an anomaly.
