I bought this printer in a pinch and am very pleased with the results. The ink doesn’t last as long as I would like but other than that, it has all the features I need. Had this printer since March and no issues.

My old Epson Artesan 837 was dying after years of faithful service. This WorkForce Pro is even better so far. The only thing I miss is having the 8 1/2"x 11" paper and 4"x6" photo paper in the tray at the same time.

So far so good and perfect for my home office. It was a little hard to set up the cloud and scan to email, Epson definitely could have done better with instructions.

For the price point, features and quality, you cannot beat this! I've used several other home brand printers over the years but they always have wifi connectivity or printing issues. Now work Epson! I swear by them!

I’d probably rate it 5-stars if I took the time to learn about all of its features. It does everything I hoped it would do. My second Epson printer. My first wireless.

So pleased with my purchase. It was a little cumbersome to setup, so I’m glad I didn’t just leave it with my parents.

Being old and stupid. I could not get my PC to operate the printer. Had to go back to BB to Geek to have it configured. Turned out he had to go directly to the Epson website to d/l the needed installations. Once down, works like a champ.

It was a nice and pretty sight of a printer, the main problem is the ink, they are quite expensive and needs to keep on buying because the ink doesn’t last, maybe the manufacturer doesn’t put enoug.

Been using this printer for a couple months now. I'm happy with the print quality, its simple to set up, nice small size. Hopefully it last long. My HP broke on me after a year so hoping this lasts longer. Seems solid and inks seem reasonably priced.

It's a solid printer, scanner, etc. But--it tends to jam if there's more than a 100 sheets in the feeder tray.

It's good but still working out some kinks. Not lining up the paper correctly and giving me error when printing from my laptop.

There is no single sheet feed function, so you have to empty the paper tray, reset the guides, print, and change it back to letter size. Very happy with the printer and scanner functions.

It’s an okay printer, but does have its cons. Prints pretty slow. I have tried different types of paper from thin to thick and when printing a page it grabs three at a time. Ink runs out pretty quick, and the ink for this specific printer is not easy to find and pretty expensive compared to HP. When trying to print with a USB connection to my computer it does not work. Only on WIFI.

I primarily purchased this printer for home use - basic tasks, nothing fancy. It has great features, very easy to set up and use. It does not necessarily print quickly but that's okay - I purchased at a great price.

Great little printer. I wish it was compatible with previous ink cartridges instead of always having to waste ink every time I upgrade or replace a broken unit.
