Bought this printer when it was on sale. It was recommend by a representative from Epson. So far it has been great, its exactly what I needed.

I have another printer that it’s a popular brand I can say this actual printer is really good. It’s a good price, easy to use and I never got a problem with it. I’ll definitely recommend it.. if

So far it's been awesome, I don't use it every day, but I print from my phone and laptop, had one issue with loading the paper which caused me to unload the paper and restart the printer.

Love my new printer! There was a slight problem at the beginning of set up due to my error. But Geek squad spent almost two hours helping me resolve the issue. I highly recommend their service.

Works as advertised. No problems at all so far. Should continue to be a good product. Always had good luck with Epson printers

Maybe the control window could be a little easier to program. But the printing is excellent. Ink is quite expensive.

I bought this printer for my wife’s home office because she needed an upgrade. Initially I was a little skeptical on what the print quality would be but was very impressed! I would certainly recommend it for any home office needs.

Bought this unit mainly to scan phots and it has work very well. Wish it had a program where one could scan more than one photo at a time.l

Once set up its a good printer. Took a little bit to set up on my computer. Was showing offline when it wasnt. Had to do an update as soon as it was loaded. Other than that its been fine so far.

I really enjoy this Epson printer. This particular model is WiFi . Although I needed to get the Geek Squad out to set it up, it was well worth the money. I always use Epson because it is compatible with Apple products.

I haven't had any problems with my Epson - Work Force Pro WF-3720 printer. The ink cartridges are simple to replace, and the maintenance is easy and simple to keep up.

I recently purchased this printer at the local Best Buy and have already used it a handful of times. The printer works exactly as I had hoped, and scanning documents has proven very helpful for work related projects. No issues so far!

Fast boot up. Prints fast and sharp text. Inks empty fast and expensive for home use.

Aside from a few disconnection issues (power source related) this printer has fit the bill for my home office.

This is a great printer it works with our network and iphones. My only issue has been with the papers falling on the floor when it prints.

easy to setup good printing quality, only con ink supply diminishes quicker than usual

Bought this printer cause I had a Artisan 810 that I had no problem with, replaced it with this because it just wore out. When it works its good. No matter what I do it will not stay connected to either my Lenovo or Mac. Have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it. Will work a couple of times and have to do it all over again. Have not had time to call geek squad to check it out yet.

I bought this printer in store without having done much research. It was relatively easy to set up, and has a good feature set. But I am buying black ink like crazy (less than 100 pages) which makes this printer a total waste of money. Look elsewhere. I am likely going back to HP which despite their problems, served me well for many years.

Went to Best Buy to purchase a different printer brand. Sales person suggested Epson instead. I purchased it. Really bad decision. The colors are dull. There's nothing vibrant about the colors at all. On top of that, the printer doesn't recognize the replacement ink cartridge I install. The cartridge is an original Epson ink cartridge. It's the right cartridge. I purchased it at the same time I purchased the printer...the sales person even picked off the shelf. And yet, the cartridge is worthless, which makes the printer useless. I've had this printer for just over a month, and I couldn't be more disappointed. I searched the internet for solutions to this problem only to discover that unrecognized printer cartridges is a standard problem with Epson printers. Disappointed and disgusted.
