Printer works great. Like that the paper is loaded in a bottom trey and out of the way. Has the ability to scan a stack of paper with the feeder. Love that feature.

    WorkForce Pro WF-3720 is Mis-named

This printer as well as the previous Epson printer are horribly manufactured. This one has only last 9 months and that is with 3 months of fighting with it to work properly. It gives jam message when there isn't one, it runs through ink like its 2005, and it doesn't scan on both sides. It also doesn't scan the entire document and doesn't print consistently. The paper feeder is slow and doesn't scan all of the documents. There is no nothing about this producgt that is a "Pro" and I would say the same for the other Epson. Initially, they print pretty well until they don't. It takes about 6-12 months if you are lucky. Save your money! Best Buy shouldn't sell Epson if they want you to think its products are the "best buy" in the market. It doesn't matter how much you spend - $250 or $90.

I love this printer. I have had an Epson brand printer for years so purchased another one because of the ink quality. This is a great, versatile printer, especially for the price. I would purchase it again.

I was looking for an inexpensive printer to use mostly as a copier. Works OK in that capacity. Then, due to my primary printer breakdown, I have been using it in that capacity. I need a wide carriage printer replacement so this is only a temporary solution. Overall I rate this a good value but would not recommend it for a primary printer. My yes to recommending this to a friend is conditioned to the foregoing.

Great printer. It does the job and easy to install. It doesn't look fancy like other printers, however, it is meant to last.

this has got to be the most frustrating printer, ever! it jams more than it prints successfully. the worst part is, I cant figure out why. so every time I pull the tray, it has mangled the ends of at least 3-5 pcs of paper (wasted). it does NOT print with the allotted amount of paper that the tray holds. That is a definite paper jam in the making. I can not wait until i have the time to return this. I will pay quadruple the price to be able to print without anxiety every time I hit the print button! (which is about 20 times a day!)

Most printers break much too quickly. This one’s still working so that’s above par. Quality is ok for most home office uses.

But, it is hard to get signed up for Easy Replenish, the Best Buy program to monitor ink levels in the printer and ship a new ink cartridge before the printer runs out.
