Sad because it was an excellent printer otherwise. Couldn’t be repaired. Had replace it with a newer model all-in-one printer.

She can print pictures, documents and signs that she creates. This was to replace her hp printer that does in February.

Posted .Hi WorkerBee, Epson printers contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors to work. Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head.
