Wish I had not bought

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had heard from friends how much they like their Epson printers, so when it came time for a new printer, I bought this one. I really wish I hadn't. Most everything I print is crooked on the paper. I have been through troubleshooting and it has improved somewhat but not completely. Also, when paper gets low and you are printing, it pulls all the paper (15 to 20 sheets) remaining in the tray and either jams or screws up your print job. The software is a pain to use if you need to scan something and make changes to paper size, etc. The ink does seem expensive, but the ink I purchased separately from the printer has lasted through a lot of printing. Overall, I am disappointed and will be going back to HP next time I need a printer
