It also seems to use more black ink than my last one. The printing is at times light and I have cleaned the heads several times. It's an OK printer for my home needs.

I liked the HP much better. This is large and bulky. Takes up a lot of room on the desk. The paper is hard to load especially if you want to change from 8.5 x 11 to 8.5 x 14 you have to completely take the tray out, change all the configurations and reinsert even for 1 piece of paper. THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT - The ink is soooooo expensive. About $80 for a 4 pk of all colors with an XL black. It takes 4 cartridges where the HP only took 2. It works but My advice is to stay away from this all-in-one.
