Only using pure Epson cartridges and not cheap knockoffs. Haven’t printed in months. Not recommended for purchase.

It seems every week I have problems with it connecting to one of my devices. It also doesn't want to scan to my computer but does great to a memory device. Overall works most of the time but not dependable.

Also would not print on index cards as advertised, no matter what I did to adjust on my Mac or on the printer. I returned it and got my money back from Best Buy. Looking for a sale on an HP with Instant Ink or going to try out a Brother or Canon. Why is it so hard to print a few lines of text on an index card or a page number for a script? Also this printer’s clunky and oversized Mac OS drivers took a long time to DL and could not find my printer on my WiFi network, even though I was able to print to it over WiFi for regular documents.

It looks nice and has all of the features I needed. Wouldn't buy it again. Get the 4740 that I got for my wife...it's bigger, has an additional paper tray you'll likely never use, and it's sturdier. The most frustrating thing with this printer is the fact that the document feeder never works for scanning multiple sheets. If you enjoy spending an hour to repeatedly feed paper in just to watch it jam no matter what precautions you take, this device is for you. The 4740's feeder works much better, and won't take hours off your life you can never reclaim.
